Amics Web Site

Amics Enterprises, Inc contracted Solorex LLC to design corporate website. Initially it was intended to be “Internet Presence” site with typical menu structure. Later complete Amics Web Store was integrated into the site with full Front Office functionality. Presently this site is used by the customer as complete e-Business solution with smoothly integrated Back Office. This project was implemented utilizing Solorex Enterprise Framework. (link to SEF)

Amics Enterprises, Inc. is VAR and consulting company in the area of High Technology. The company provides to its clients customized system, components, software and special devices. Utilizing its B2B and B2C Web Shop Company achieved more efficient operation of handling client’s orders on line with flexible functionality and substantially broaden its geographical market area.

Kiesel Online Ordering System

Kiesel online ordering system has been developed for Kiesel Bauchemie GmbH & Co. KG (Germany). This system has the following features:

For Sale Agents:

• Agent customer database search.
• Ordering Kiesel products for the customer.
• Information about last customer orders.
• Information about customer order status.
• Information about opened customer Invoices.

• Product Ordering from special customer product/price list.
• Order Tracking information
• Information about last order
• Reordering subsystem.
• Information about opened invoices.

• Full integration into e-commerce system. Kiesel online ordering system doesn’t contain own data base. The system is fully integrated in the existing ERP System of ‘Kiesel GmbH on AS/400.
• Every customer can see its own product database with unique prices and product names.
• All orders will be delivered directly to the production floor
• A shipping tracking system of the carrier was integrated.

On line Cinema Ticket Reservation System.

On-line Cinema Ticket reservation system was developed with Solorex Enterprise Framework (SEF) for Central Union - Ludwigsburg, Germany. This system has the following features:

• On-line Ticket reservation with place range.
• On-line Ticket Payment
• Take over of on-line reservation in off-line Ticket management System
• Administration of Cinema Program
• Weekly update
• Administration of Cinema Halls.

On-line Cinema Ticket Reservation system can be enhanced with Solorex Back Office System for the off-line ticket sales management.

Amics Back Office

To resolve many business issues in today’s dynamics economy Amics Enterprises, Inc. implemented full scale Back Office. There are several virtual “business managers” that substantially streamlined operational processes and provide efficient functionality for Order fulfilment, tracking, inventory control, purchasing and reporting.

Kiesel Online data warehouse

The business Intelligence information of the system is available online for the sale agents. Following dynamic reports are implemented:

• Sale comparison reports.

Kiesel Product Catalog

Kiesel product catalog is a Multilanguage subsystem for the administration and viewing of product data and additionally product information. System supports English, German, French, Polish languages. Following features were implemented:

Kiesel Infothek

Kiesel Infothek encompasses intelligence of the system which let the end customer’s correrectly select products depending on their usage.
