Nashanchik |
Mr. Nashanchik is co-founder and President
of Solorex, LLC. His major responsibilities are overall strategic
business, long-term marketing and sales development, selection
of strategic partners, management of delivery solution. Mr.
Nashanchik has vast technical and managerial experience. At
the age of 28 he already was head of IT department of Research
and Production Chemical Company “Plastpolimer”
in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Upon arriving to US in 1974 he
worked as Senior and Principal Project Engineer for such major
companies as Ferrel Co, General Rail Way Signal Co, Eastman
Kodak Co, and Videk. His unique ability to undertake, develop
and deliver on time, within established budget complex High
Technology projects, polarizing skilled professionals is providing
Solorex with strategic vision and objectives. Mr. Nashanchik
received his education at the Saint Petersburg, Precise Mechanic
and Optics institute. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering
and a Masters in Computer Science. When discussing the business
of Solorex, LLC Mr. Nashanchik speaks from the view of the

Michael
Markman |
Mr. Michael Markman is co-founder,
in charge of Financial and Tax activities at Solorex LLC.
Prior to joining Solorex Mr. Markman has worked with Nixon
Peabody, Davie Kaplan Chapman and Braverman CPA’s, Mengel
Metzger, Barr CPA’s. He has an extensive background
in Financial Analysis and Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting,
Profitability Analysis, Cost of Quality and SEC Reporting.
His consulting work has included strategic planning, focused
on process redesign and the development of technology initiatives
as enablers to clients’ business objectives. While employed
by Nixon Peabody, Mr. Markman was responsible for development
and monitoring budget-tracking and reporting procedures as
well as for day-to-day financial operations. Mr. Markman earned
his BS from Rochester Institute of Technology. He holds BS
Business Administration-Accounting.

Eduard
Vinokurov |
Mr. Vinokurov is co-founder and is responsible
for developing and maintaining Solorex technology. His achievements
as senior software architect and developer is well recognized
in the industry. He architected the development of highly
scalable e-Commerce systems. As key technical project leader
Mr. Vinokurov was also a key player in the firm’s large-scale
projects for companies such as Siemens, Kodak, T-Systems.
Mr. Vinokurov was on the staff of the Steinle & Kloepfer
were he worked as leader of internet division. Mr. Vinokurov
brings experience of developing many sophisticated e-Commerce
applications. He holds master degree in mathematics and computer
science.

Delvecchio |
Quite often, when it comes to e-Commerce
development for aftermarket transmission business reality

Delvecchio. Veteran of transmission business Tony possess
unmatched technical and business insights in this industry.
He developed this expertise, by studying in technical schools
including Rochester Institute of Technology and by working
as lead mechanic for several dealerships. In 1971 he opened
an automatic transmission and general repair shop with emphases
towards automatic transmissions. By 1975 his attention was
drawn to the torque converters where Tony successfully developed
business-manufacturing plant with 21 employees. The domestic
and international torque converter built at this plant were
sold through distributors and directly to transmission shops.
Meeting challenging military requirements and specifications
a new line of high performance military torque converter models
(for HMV, CUV and flight line tow tractors) were added to
the product line. During these years a thriving transmission
and parts business was maintained. As the technical and business
advisor Tony helps Solorex team to navigate in the uncharted
e-Business terrain of aftermarket transmission distribution
business. |
